Why Donate?

Contributing to the Boy Scouts of America creates opportunities for youth to gain memorable experiences and become instilled with values, principles, and skills that will help them develop into the future leaders of our nation. A donation to Troop 1 supports our annual program and allows us to contribute to Friends of Scouting and support Scouting in our local community.

What do you do with my donation?

All donations help Troop 1 provide a program with safe equipment and access to affordable activities that your scout will remember for a lifetime. We also donate money to our local Friends of Scouting volunteers. This organization supports scouting throughout the council with includes much of the Los Angeles area.
